some ASSHOLE hacked into PayPal and stole $1297 out of my bank account. it was some transaction from NKKElectronics, with eBay seller name BDAVIS. of course, i don't have that much money in my
account, so it overdrew and charged me a bunch of fees. now i have to dispute the charges with PayPal and my bank and i'll never see my money again. this fucking sucks.

i haven't had much time lately to post. i've been really busy at work. it stresses me out but it's better than being bored. i'm actually starting to get some credit for my designs. unfortunately my
grad school application responses have started off with a big fat NO from NC State. you know, for as much time, effort and money we put in to applying to school, you'd think they could spend an
extra 5 minutes on the rejection letter and be honest enough to explain the real reasons why you weren't accepted. instead they send you the generic "we're sorry but we cannot accept your
application at this time". it's not helpful. i wonder how much money these schools make from application fees from people who they never accept. i probably just paid for them to make 50 more
useless NC State keychains for the school store.as you can see i'm a bit pessimistic about the other 8 of my applications. I also applied to George Mason U., Towson U., MICA, GA State, Colorado
State, USC, U. of New Orleans, and East Carolina U.what else has happened lately... i'm going to see my friend's band play next weekend. i'm excited to see some live music again. it's been too
long. i also got yelled at for being too honest. i just can't win.

i'm in a semi-comatose state today....drugged up on medication. Saturday i came down with one of the worst headaches of my life (which is pretty bad for me). it just got worse and worse and my
throat was swollen closed. it felt like someone was corkscrewing my skull open at random points, especially in the back of my head. i slept with my palms pressed into my eye sockets because i
thought my eyes were going to pop out. i finally made it to the doctor Monday, apparently i have a throat/sinus infection. ick. but the diagnosis doesn't seem to match the pain. this much pain
should have a scarier cause. i expected the doctor to say, "Courtney, your brain has been infested with mutant maggots from the planet Zardon, and your head will explode in approximately 4 hours.
Your eyeballs will exit your skull at 120mph, so you may want to purchase a helmet."today i feel okay...i'm back at work but functioning at about 40%. it's hard to look at my computer screen. but
at least the medication they gave me is making me relaxed.

went to see LOTR last night with Joey, Matt & Eric. Legolas is my new sex fantasy. i am a nerd. but without giving anything away, the movie kicked ass. scott and his prepubescent girlfriend
showed up. i'm so tired of his existence.got home too late, stayed up too late, and now i am struggling to keep my eyes open. but i have to stay awake because tonight is xmas eve, which means
dinner at grandma's house (YUM). then i have to finish a painting and make a couple other presents, which i have no idea how i will do in one night. procrastination is my middle name.ps.Blindside
